Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Alpine noir. By requesting, booking, or using our chauffeur, transfer, tour, or transportation services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.

These terms are intended to establish a clear understanding between Alpine noir and its clients regarding bookings, transportation services, payments, changes, cancellations, responsibilities, and other aspects of the service.

Our Services

Alpine noir provides premium chauffeur and transportation services in Switzerland. Depending on the booking, services may include:

• Airport transfers
• Private tours
• Executive travel
• Hourly chauffeur services
• Cab and private transportation services
• Custom journeys and transportation arrangements

Service availability, vehicle type, itinerary, duration, and pricing may vary depending on the specific booking and requirements of the client.

Bookings

A booking request does not necessarily constitute a confirmed reservation. A booking becomes confirmed once Alpine noir has accepted the request and the relevant booking details have been agreed upon.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when making a booking, including where applicable:

• Passenger name and contact details
• Pick-up and destination addresses
• Date and time of service
• Flight or travel information
• Number of passengers
• Luggage requirements
• Special requests or accessibility requirements

Alpine noir may contact the client to clarify or confirm information before accepting a booking.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward the chauffeur, vehicle, and other road users.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the information provided for their journey is accurate and that they arrive at the agreed pick-up location at the appropriate time.

Passengers must comply with applicable transportation, road-safety, and vehicle regulations during the journey.

Any special requirements, including child seats, additional luggage, accessibility needs, or other arrangements, should be communicated to Alpine noir in advance wherever possible.

Vehicles & Chauffeurs

Alpine noir aims to provide vehicles and chauffeurs that meet the standard appropriate for the booked service.

The specific vehicle provided may vary from the vehicle originally expected depending on availability, operational requirements, maintenance, traffic conditions, or other circumstances.

Where circumstances require a vehicle or chauffeur to be substituted, Alpine noir will make reasonable efforts to maintain the agreed level of service.

Payments & Charges

Prices for services are communicated to the client during the booking process. The applicable price may depend on factors including the route, duration, vehicle, service type, waiting time, additional stops, and special requests.

Unless otherwise agreed, additional services or requirements requested after confirmation may result in additional charges.

The client is responsible for paying the agreed amount and any additional charges that have been properly communicated in connection with the service.

Payment methods and payment deadlines may vary depending on the booking arrangement.

Cancellations & Changes

Clients should notify Alpine noir as soon as possible if they need to cancel or modify a confirmed booking.

Cancellation charges, refund eligibility, or other consequences may depend on the booking type, timing of the cancellation, service requirements, and any specific terms communicated when the booking was confirmed.

Changes to the date, time, route, passenger count, vehicle requirements, or other booking details may affect availability and pricing.

Delays & Changes During Travel

Alpine noir will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes caused by traffic, flight delays, road conditions, weather, or other circumstances affecting a journey.

For airport transfers, clients should provide accurate flight information where applicable so that reasonable arrangements can be made in response to changes to the expected arrival time.

Journey times cannot always be guaranteed because traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, public events, and other factors may be outside Alpine noir's control.

Liability

Alpine noir will take reasonable care when providing its services. However, transportation services may be affected by circumstances outside the company's reasonable control.

This may include severe weather, traffic incidents, road closures, vehicle breakdowns, government restrictions, accidents, public disturbances, or other unforeseen events.

Alpine noir will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption and provide appropriate assistance where circumstances permit.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful under applicable law.

Privacy

Information provided by clients in connection with bookings and enquiries may be processed for the purpose of arranging, providing, communicating about, and managing transportation services.
